By accessing and using PaysGator ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PaysGator provides payment orchestration services, allowing merchants to accept payments through various methods. We act as an intermediary and technical service provider.

3. User Accounts

To use PaysGator, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PaysGator for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, money laundering, fraud, or the sale of prohibited goods.

5. Fees and Payments

PaysGator charges transaction fees as described on our pricing page. These fees are deducted automatically from processed transactions. We reserve the right to change our fees with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

PaysGator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.
